Veinity MD: Peter Vajtai, MD

Peter Vajtai, MD, owner and medical director at Veinity MD in Las Vegas, has been providing expert cardiovascular surgical care to people in the Las Vegas Valley for 25 years. He established a reputation for being a skilled and compassionate surgeon.
Dr. Vajtai earned his Doctor of Medicine from Albert Szent-Györgyi Medical University in Hungary. After completing two residency programs and working for several years as a cardiovascular, thoracic, and general surgeon in Hungary, Dr. Vajtai relocated to the United States and completed his surgical residency at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Oregon.
Dr. Vajtai then went to Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina, for his cardiovascular thoracic surgery residency to complete his training.
Dedicated to his profession, Dr. Vajtai has received numerous awards and is a member of the Nevada State Medical Association and the Society of Thoracic Surgeons. He is also a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
Dr. Vajtai is board certified in surgery and thoracic surgery and specializes in minimally invasive vascular procedures. He’s also an expert in robotic surgery.
