I went to accuracy looking for a "smithy 686" (smith and wesson 357 stainless w/ a pacmire grip (rubber grip) and the young, seemingly un-knowledgeable sales person made me feel like I was waisting his time.\r

Can be good at times
I have had mixed experiences there. Sometimes people are friendly and helpful and other times I have felt ignored. But again it depended on who was working. Have always found what I needed.

Improving Customer Service
I must admit from my previous visits were not exactly met with the greatest of customer service. Always the optimist I gave them another chance as they are the only store, in my opinion, in Vegas that seemes to have a good stock of powder...American Express
