LA Boxing is the best workout I have ever had
The classes at LA Boxing make working out fun. In one hour, I worked out almost every muscle in my body, learned new kickboxing techniques and burnt a lot of calories. I was drenched by the time the hour was over. I recommend LA Boxing to everyone I come in contact with.

This Place is AWESOME!!!
I love LA Boxing because I never get the same routine twice. I absolutely cannot stand doing cardio on a treadmill or a bike. The workouts at LA Boxing are just the cure for the common treadmill that I was looking for. The instructors are great about pushing you to do just a little more to benefit yourself. It's like having a personal trainer without spending $500 a month. I highly recommend LA Boxing to anyone that wants a challenging workout where you can burn up to 1000 calories. Boxers and MMA fighters are always in great shape right? LA Boxing gives you the results without getting your face smashed in and it is not no Tae Bo workout either.

I've been going to LA Boxing since it opened and was skeptical at first - I'm not an exercise nut ..... well, 5 years later and it's become part of my daily routine! I'm in my mid 50's and feel better than I did in my 20's! The instructors are all exceptional - Reece is a "beast" - every one of them gives you a different workout & it has never become boring. The 5:30 am class is my favorite --- I recommend this place to everyone --- it's a great confidence builder and keeps you look'in good! Thanks LA Boxing Abq - Keep it up!

Great Workout
I tried a free class and noticed that there were a lot of women. I thought that I was going to kill the heavy bag since I lift weights. Man, was I surprised. Halfway through the class I needed to take a break because I was about ready to passout. I've since learned to pace myself and the classes have been working better than ever. I've cut my body fat percentage by 50%. I would suggest LA Boxing to anyone looking to tone up, lose weight, or just have some fun and take out some frustration.

Albuquerque's Best Workout!
I am so impressed with the workouts and instructors at LA Boxing. I have been a member for 1 year now and LA Boxing keeps stepping it up. They have 16 amazing instructors, brand new strength and cardio equipment and keep making the classes harder and harder. I have yet to get bored with the workouts. It's as if the instructors compete with each other to see who has the hardest class. I am also so excited to have two locations to choose from in the Albuquerque area. The Albuquerque Westside location is set to open up by the end of the month. Two thumbs way up!
