Dave Pavolony was born in Glen Ridge NJ and moved to Jefferson in the mid-60's with his parents. He attended Jefferson Twp. public schools and graduated in 1983. He went directly into the construction field working for 2 different construction companies as an apprentice. In 1987 he decided it was time to give a company of his own a shot. Through very hard work and a hands on approach to every project he is still in business today 25 years later. A lot of our past customers are now personal friends.
Bonnie Anderson is the "voice" of Pavolony Construction when you call in. She comes to Pavolony Construction from the world of a homeowner that lived through an add-a-level project on her own home while raising 2 year-old twins and running a home-based business with her husband. So if she says she understands your building concerns she does. She is in the office making sure the paperwork, payments and inspections stay on track for your project.
