John DiFilippo

John A. DiFilippo, MD, has expertise in a wide range of cardiovascular problems, including atrial fibrillation, arrhythmias, cardiovascular diseases, coronary artery disease, heart disease, heart disease prevention, hypertension, and lipid disorders.<br />

Dr. DiFilippo is a founding member of the Essex Heart Group. He is Chief of the Hackensack University Medical Center (UMC) Mountainside Hospital Electrocardiography Panel. He has been a member of the Hackensack UMC Mountainside Hospital Department of Medicine Executive Committee, Medical Staff Advisory Board, and Medical Staff Bylaws Committee. He is a mentor and cardiac instructor in the Hackensack UMC Mountainside Internal Medicine and Family Practice residency program.<br />

Dr. DiFilippo is a member of the American College of Physicians and American Society of Echocardiography.<br />
