Avoid Rentals
The property that this Realty company maintains in Hackensack is disgusting. I would be ashamed to have my name behind a property that exudes filth. This property is right down the street from a prestigious Hospital and I would think that the property would be maintained as such. What was even scarier was the "superintendent" they have on the premises. His appearance matches that of how the property is maintained. I think it is time, the carpet is changed, the windows are cleaned and repaired in some cases and the broken air conditioning units be removed from the common areas. It is time to have a 'superintendent" employed who will care for the building and the residence in the building. Additionally, lights need to be installed in the back so people feel safe coming home late at night. Landlords suh as these need to be held accountable for how they maintain buildings, especially if they are collecitng substantial rent.Worldwide > United States > River Edge, NJ > Apartments
