if i could give them 0 stars i would

the auto team at sears is incompetent!. They installed two new tires claimed they balanced them. I came back because my car was vibrating and they claimed they balanced it again. The next day, while driving 50 mph, it started shaking. I took it to another mechanic who found that balancing was the problem.

I intend to get my money back tom and complain to the NJ consumers affair division, better business bureau. I would not recommend them to anyone. I also found out that the NJ attorney general reported them for fraud....

I cant believe the pricks in this world....
