Inexperienced Service Department
The Check Engine light continues to come on. It may stay on for a few hours...or possibly still be on the next morning. The problem is that it may reset at anytime whenever I start the car. Not always, though. Today (7-16-07), I took it by there because the Check Engine Light is on again. All I wanted them to do at this point is to acknowledge that the light is on as my factory warranty is about to expire in less than 700 miles. I do have the extended warranty, but at this point, it is as useless as the factory warranty if I cannot get someone to repair this problem. They connected the microprocessor 'reader/scanner' to it last time and it did not have any history of the light coming on. How could that be? This will be corrected, even if I have to hire a lawyer and show that check engine light to every Chrysler Dealer within 100 miles. They did tell me that they seen it and 'promised' that they would remember it when I am supposed to bring it by there tomorrow. As a matter of fact, the

Kernersville Chrysler Dodge is terrible customer service
I took my car to a dealer service Kernersville Dodge Chrysler to install a new wiring fog lights by mopar in my car I bought the parts, i give to them .In the manual show a non mechanic can do it (3 hours labor} except the reprogramming. After they installed the new wiring the lights in my dash was mess up and don't getting start. I bring it back to the dealer and after 3 day they say it's ready. But still with the problems. I come back to talk to the manager and I asked him if you don't have qualify technician just let me know and take to another dealer and he got mad and told me get out there . Now I have my car in other dealer Jeep North Point and i have the report of malpractice and not enough knowledge to this job everything I have on papers. Ilike Jeep is my toy but the service is terrible can't compare with any Japanese or Korean companies .I'm aircraft mechanic and my goals is quality ,my second goal is quality and my third is quality. Awful Service

The other problems I had with the car they supposedly could not duplicated. The next time I had brought my car in because it sounded horrible when it was started, they only partially fixed the problem. The problem is Still there but they could not duplicate the others or they said they would fix themselves. I am having my husband bring it in this time and they are still being rude to him as well. This is the last time I will bring it to them and I am going to get Corporate involved if they dont fix it this time. I wish there was a better dealership in the Triad area. Crown dodge isnt much better.

I have now had the vehicle for over seven months, and love it more everyday. People always comment on how nice the vehicle is and think it is brand new.
