Had a horrible experience with being overcharged! The employees, including the front desk clerk and doctor, handled a simple concern regarding billing in a very unprofessional manner and I would not EVER recommend their services to anyone. They are overpriced and rude to loyal customers!

WATCH OUT!!!! PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO YOUR CHARGES!!!!! I loved this vet. For over two years they provided wonderful service to my animals. I can no longer say this. My past visits I have been over charged significantly. Quoted one thing on the phone only to show up and pay another. Then, when debating the charges with an employee, the head doctor of the facility, came out in a very unprofessional manner to join the debate. To top it off, my pet and I can no longer return because we were upset when disputing the charges. This vet is great to new pets but they'll try to overcharge once you've been a long standing loyal customer. WATCH OUT!!!! PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO YOUR CHARGES!!!!!

All I can say is call even a few vets and compare their prices for the exact same services. You WON'T BELIEVE HOW HIGH PALM GLEN'S PRICES ARE for vet care! Sure, their care is good but how can anyone justify 2X and even 3X the price for...Cash
