Very poorly run business overall. My husband and I along with our wedding planners and caterers had a difficult time with communication with this company. Voicemails and emails went unanswered for days/weeks. We scheduled a vendor walk through which included the caterer, DJ, wedding planners, ourselves and the castle representative. We were given about 15 minutes of the castle representative's time during which she had our planner tell us our event would be a disaster after which she changed her tune saying it would work out prior to exiting our meeting and leaving us with many unanswered questions. We were charged damage fees supposedly from our caterer 3 days after the event with no prior notice that there was damage. We would definitely not have used them as our venue if we had not paid such a large deposit when booking their facilities. If you are considering using this wedding venue, I would greatly caution against it. You will end up paying much more than you are initially quoted due to all of their fees and will have much more trouble dealing with them than you bargained for.
