I have taken my car to this particular Meineke probably 5 or 6 times for oil changes. About 6 months ago they told me while I was in there for an oil change that some part in my rear axle needed something done to it or my wheel would fall off. I declined the service. A few weeks later I had a mechanic friend of mine check out my car and he said there were no problems. About two weeks ago I took my car in and the technician told me my transmission fluid was burnt up. I knew this was impossible. I took the car to a reputable service station to have my car checked out completely. I specifically mentioned I wanted the fluids checked and mentioned the transmission fluid. I went back for my car and it was given a clean bill of health. I asked if they checked the transmission fluid and they said yes, it was fine.

Very Honest and Hard Working Manager who sticks by his mechanics
I just wanted to let you know that I went to these already thinking that I was going to get raked over the coals because one I am a woman and two because I am a woman! However, much to my dismay, it turned out to be positive. I really thought that it was going to cost more then I can afford. We were thinking it was one thing because supposively 3 other people that practice being mechanics said so, however turned out to be nothing and there was no charge! I was in and out and no problems incurred. I don't know who the other person was working with, but I did not have any problems what so ever and would recommend this facility to anyone. Its a long drive for me to get there, but I will go back in a heart beat because I had the best service and honest opinion about the car I brought in.Worldwide > United States > Concord, NC > Auto Repair
