In 2003 two ladies had a dream to change the image of the staffing industry. Throughout the years, staffing services have led their clients to believe the recruitment process, background checks, drug, alcohol screens, taxes, workers comp insurance, etc were all in compliance when in reality they were not. In addition, the contingent workers were not given the respect they deserve. Flexible Staffing continues to be aggressive in making positive changes in the staffing industry. AS a result, not only do we maintain compliance, we go above and beyond offering such incentives as: extensive safety training (OSHA Certifications), supplemental health insurance, weekly pay, bonuses, and most importantly full time jobs with full benefits.

Flexible Staffing is a full staffing service specializing in full time employment. The opportunity for employment should not be the responsibility of the employer but the employee! It is the applicant's responsibility to come prepared to the application process and once an offer of employment is extended it is also the applicants responsibility. It seems in America it is much easier to blame someone other than yourself for your problems. If you would like an employment opportunity and are willing to work we would be more than happy to spend time with you and hopefully meet your needs. We have successfuly been in business for over 7 years and have accepted we cannot please everyone! Our successful testimonials far outweigh the unhappy applicants.

Rude

There is a lady that works there named Deb that is extremely rude. My brother-in-law called up there to inquire about a job and she literally yelled at him.
My sister works up at a job where his name was put on a list but had to go through flexible staffing. The job called and inquired about his app. and they said they didn't have his app. Well he called up there to find out what was going on and she told him to mind his own damn business. So my suggest is find some place where the woman are a little bit more professional.

Just Rude

This agency initiated contact with myself. After leaving a message for me to return their call, in which I made an attempt to do.
I always got a voicemail with no return calls after several messages.

Once I got through to someone later in the day, she ask if I was still interested in employment to come into their office and do an application. I informed her I needed to get a pen and paper and her reqponse was;
You've got caller ID, when you get ready to come in call us and we will tell you how to get here (goodbye) and hung up. If you are that inconsiderate to possible clients, I can only imagine how rude you are to your customers.
I would recommend you looking at another agency before trying this one

My Experience

As far as getting work from them it has been okay accept sometimes they advertise work they don't have, but make sure the emplorer they send you to keeps you(And don't get injured, i got injured, they did alot of crying about how high they have to pay for their insurance, and it's my fault they say) Because they will consider your status quit even if the situation is not your fault(making it harder to find other jobs and getting unemployment) they seem to care more about money other than employees

They advertise jobs they don't have makes me wonder if they are running some kind of scam. They have people come in and fill out an application to reveal all of their personal info and then they do have a job. Hmmmmm.

How do these people stay in business?

I put my application in about two weeks ago and the woman told me to call them if they did not call me. So today I called. I have never been treated so rudely by any business person. I am retired and don't really need the job so it doesn't bother me if there is nothing available but a little extra money could be nice . What crossed my mind however, is how discouraging these unproffessional, nasty looking and behaving women could be to a person badly in need of a job. Do not even attempt to use their services unless you enjoy being insulted. What is wrong with people who think they can talk to others like that?

Honestly I don't even think I would give them one star, you call and call them and they never call you back then try to lie on you say they offered you a job on dates and you refused them.............gee my phone records prove different what a shame yep I agree I don't know how they stay in business either I \have to add to this ............the proof is in the phone records..........it is what it is LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

YOU GET MORE LOVE WITH KINDNESS, SO REMEMBER WENT YOU GET OLDER IN PUT IN A NURSING HOME AND A BAD AID PUSH YOU OUT OF A WHEEL CHAIR THEN YOU WILL KNOW WHAT TRUE LOVE KINDNESS REALLY IS.
