Great selection of truck parts, Very POOR installation work.

A new truck and $1000.00 bed cover. The installer could not install a power wire without breaking trim on the truck and leaving trim bolt out. What a mess.

The sales portion of Black Jack is great but I DON'T recommend the service department.

Rips you off

I brought in my truck to have trailer brakes put on and was quoted around $120. During the time they worked on my vehicle, I received a call that they would need to do some extra work. I asked if the price would stay around $150 and they said sure.

I went to pick up the truck and the invoice said $248! When I asked why he said it would be around $150 on the phone earlier, he said, "Oh, I thought you said $200".

According to my ears those two amounts sound nothing alike. He would only agree to take it down to $204. Next time I will go to Croft. My experience with Black Jack will be mentioned to any clients I have that are looking for truck modifications.

GREAT WORK

Recently had my dodge diesel modified with 5" exhaust, edge tuner, and an afe cold air intake system. My truck sounds awesome, the gas mileage has jumped to a little over 21mpg, I couldn't be happier with the guys at blackjack. Everyone was great to work with I dropped my truck off first thing in the morning and it was done by a little after 2:00. This is my 3rd truck I've had them do and everything always turns out great. Just wanted to say keep up the good work.

Pleasant, knowledgeable people but DO NOT back products

I purchased several products from Black Jack during late 2010 and early 2010. They are friendly and knowledgable. But despite playing along, the company WILL NOT stand behind inferior, fault goods, even after months of patiently waiting. A bad experience, which I would urge others to avoid by going elsewhere . . .

Find another place

Was shopping for a camper cover and slide out bed. The so called salesman looked in a book and quoted me a price and said the cover looked like that one (pointed out in the lot). Did not care to really show me either product? Took a phone call in the middle of our conversation and visited with his buds that worked there. He did not give a flip about helping me. I did not give them a chance to mess with me after the sale and bought my camper cover and slide out bed from a competitor. I bought from a family Co. in Blue Springs that took the time to show me the products and work with me during the decision process. They actually wanted my business.
When I complained to the owner (at Blackjack) he went on and on how great the guy was who waited on me was. It turned out, I was told he was a relative of the owner and did not worry about how he does his job.
Be smart and take your business elsewhere. Read the reviews about customer service after the sale from these folks.
