They were great. I had a very sick cat and because of them she is still with me today. They went out of their way to help us out, and I am very appreciative.

Terrible customer service
I feel the same as the others about this location. My experience was they were all about money and do not really care for animals. One technician was pleasant but most I found were rude and the vet does not come off as a very warm animal...

I would look to another veterinary clinic if I were you. There are better one's than Banfield. Novi Veterinary clinic is a better spot and has a really friendly staff.
