We use Certified Angus beef. The brand is a cut above USDA Prime, Choice and Select. Beef must pass 10 quality standards to earn the Certified Angus Beef status.
Our pork is from White Marble Farms. It is minimally processed and does not contain added hormones, preservatives, fillers or flavoring solutions.
