I am an accomplished real estate consultant and investor in the greater Washington, D.C. area with more than 13 years of experience. In addition, I have successfully invested more than a dozen single- family homes that I renovated and sold for a profits that typically exceeded between 35-55 percent the original purchase price plus what I invested in renovations.
