I called Franklin Appliance to schedule an appointment and they came less than an hour after I called about a problem with the icemaker in my refrigerator. They diagnosed the problem and had my icemaker working properly in less than an hour after they showed up!! I was really impressed. I appreciated the quick response. I have dealt with other appliance repair contractors and had to wait for days for an appointment. Franklin Appliance came the same day. Good job guys !
