I don't typically write these reviews but, after having been an extremely satisfied customer of this company on multiple occasions, I felt it was due. My first experience was a few years ago when I had them do all the carpeting and rugs for our beach house. My pleasant salesperson was very helpful in guiding me through their vast selection, from a gorgeous silk/ wool blend in our formal living area to a heavy duty carpet in the kids' recreation room. They were very accommodating in dealing with our long distance project. Scheduling the installations and deliveries was a breeze. The installers were also very courteous and professional. We are in the process of settling in to a new home now and are using K Powers again. Everything is going great. Our custom rugs and carpeting came in right on schedule and we can't wait to see the stair runner we have coming in a few weeks.

This is really a "plus" because they know how to help select just the right kind of rug for the needs of both design professionals and homeowners, from the fantastic selection of exquisite hand made custom rugs to wall-to-wall in a whole array of colors and textures. A rug source that knows how to work with designers has to be well versed in all the qualities and detailed issues around getting a rug, not just generic information. At K.Powers, homeowners will benefit from the same high level of expertise and service that designers receive. On a recent visit I also noticed some great solid flooring, from hard woods to other materials. When you put fantastic service and attention to detail into the mix, it's a showroom you'll be happy to do business with.

This store has an outstanding selection of rugs of all kinds, and also sells window coverings. After much searching at many stores and online sources, we found the perfect area rug for our living room here. They let us try out the rug in our home before purchasing to make sure that the color and style fit our decor, which was a tremendous plus because we were worried about getting exactly the right color. We worked with the owner, Kathleen Powers, in our rug selection, and she provided excellent customer service. We blew our budget on the price, but the quality of this rug is truly outstanding and we couldn't resist. We would highly recommend this store
