Hooters of America, LLC is the proud franchisor and operator of more than 420 Hooters restaurants located in 41 states and 26 countries. We're not great with numbers, but even we can see that's awesome.

How'd we get here?
In 1983, six rowdy businessmen with no restaurant experience--but an appetite for chicken wings--got together to open a place they couldn't get kicked out of. True story. They created the first Hooters, and then they made history.

Rescuing millions from the ordinary!
When we started, we wanted to put all the stuff we love in one place. Food we crave, ice-cold beer, and all the sports you could possibly watch on wall-to-wall big screen TVs. And let's not forget the Hooters Girls. Their one-of-a-kind hospitality makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door. It all seems so simple, we can't believe nobody else thought of it.

Craveable food
We're not the bragging type, but somehow we ended up with a downright craveable menu. We've got it all--appetizers, salads, burgers, seafood, you name it. And those Hooters Wings. Well, they're world famous for a reason. Lick your fingers, we won't judge.

Philanthropy
We're deeply involved in the communities we serve. When you "Give a Hoot," it shows. Hooters is a proud partner of the Jimmy V Foundation for Cancer Research, raising more than four million dollars to date to benefit breast cancer research and the fight against breast cancer.
