The customer service of this company sucks! I called them for weeks straight regarding an issue with my title only to find one guy who acted like he actually cared. My problem is still not resolved. I was placed on hold for ten minutes at a time only to get sent to someone's voicemail. I do not recommend getting a loan through this company. I do not care how bad your credit is. They are not helping you!
