The staff is not very well informed / skilled on writing up a contract, as per SAMPLE : I asked one of the funeral director (he was not the one who wrote my contract) as the limo pulled up the burial site , Why is the priest the only one ridding in the limo and not us the family? He said that is a two-hundred dollar extra fee ! AND i said in loud voice so all could hear me, So what if it cost $200.00 I got that in my pocket. The point is that the funeral director that did my paper work did not ask us if we wish to have this service!! PS: I think the priest should sit on the passenger side of the hearse !!! Charles Bruna
