Westbank Tiger Rock has been serving the community for over 40 years, offering age-appropriate lessons for students ages 4 and up in Gretna, Harvey, Terrytown, Belle Chasse, Marrero, Westwego, Avondale, Algiers, and New Orleans. At Tiger-Rock, our training program combines martial arts and the latest advances in physical fitness to create a high-energy workout that is both challenging and fun. There are specific classes for toddlers, juniors, teens, and adults.
