Indiana Bond Bank

The Indiana Bond Bank (IBB) is a quasi-state agency under the leadership of the Indiana Treasurer of State’s Office. Created in 1984, IBB’s mission is to provide targeted financial solutions to local units of government in Indiana through a variety of services, including equipment lease financing, traditional bond structures with terms of less than 10 years, design study and construction financing, tax anticipation warrants, pooling programs, credit enhancements, fuel budget protection and more. Through our services IBB envisions thriving local institutions, thriving communities and thriving Hoosiers.
