Terrible Service Manager & Poor Customer Service
Terrible Service Manager and the poorest customer service received in years. Joe and the guys at the parts desk are very polite and helpful, but Scott the Service Manager is very unprofessional and unreliable. He promised our boat would be examined and repaired within a week, and it was not. We tried numerous times to check on the status and he would not return our phone calls. We doubt that he ever looked at the boat, and after a week setting at the Marine Center, we picked up our boat and took it to another Sea Ray dealer for maintenance.
