We, Sikaria Mega Foodpark (P) Ltd (SMFPL) is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) under the Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MoFPI), Government of India, which has been incorporated in the year 2011 under the chairpersonship of Smt Usha DevijiSikaria with the Managing Director as Sri SoonuSikaria ji in association with Sikaria Group.

SMFPL is a SPV with stake-holding of [through the Secretary-in-Charge of Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MoFPI)], Government of India, stake-holding by the State Government of Tripura [through Tripura Industrial Development Corporation Ltd (TIDCL)] and by Sikaria Group of Companies. The Management and the Board of Directors of the SPV is having Nominee Directors of both the State Government and the Central Government, apart from full time Directors nominated by Sikaria Group.

Sikaria Group has initiated different activities in construction, real estate, logistics, tourism, jute since 1980 under the leadership of Late Sri BajranglaljiSikaria. The legacy of Late Sri BajranglaljiSikaria was taken over and continued by his 5 (five) sons, who expanded leaps and bounds in different sectors and different States of India.

Sikaria Mega Foodpark Private Limited (SPV) is implementing/operating Tripura Mega Food Park in the State of Tripura, at Agartala City, having its Corporate Office at CF 9, Salt Lake City, Kolkata - 700064.
