Optimus Health and Wellness: Will Lambert, PMHNP, FNP

Will Lambert, PMHNP, FNP, is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and family nurse practitioner serving patients aged 12 and older at Optimus Health and Wellness in The Woodlands, Texas. 

The practice offers in-person and telehealth appointments to patients in Texas and telehealth to patients in Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts, Florida, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Vermont, Maine, and Maryland.

Will completed his Master of Science in Nursing at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut, and later returned to receive a post-master certificate in psychiatric mental health.

Will has worked in healthcare for over a decade, treating a range of medical and psychiatric conditions. His medical background has equipped him with an awareness of co-occurring medical conditions and knowledge of comprehensive lab work. 

Will can treat patients as safely as possible using psychopharmacology — the use of medication for mental health conditions. Optimus Health and Wellness also offers innovative psychotherapy and medication management. 

The practice can address anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, schizophrenia, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and, commonly, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). 

Will takes time to perform comprehensive assessments with patients and listen compassionately to their concerns. All treatment plans are collaborative and holistic, and the practice can provide a list of therapists for referrals.

The practice’s accessible telehealth program safely, affordably, reliably, and conveniently delivers care to patients who may have difficulty accessing good quality healthcare.  

For most states, Optmus Health and Wellness accepts UnitedHealth, Cigna, Optum, Aetna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield, and they accept  Tufts health plan in Massachusetts. For New Yorkers, we accept EmblemHealth and Healthfirst. 

Patients may also pay out of pocket and submit a claim to their insurance company for reimbursement.
