Larry is a native of northern NJ and has been active in the real estate since the age of 11. Larry purchased his first property a 8 family multifamily at 20. He was exposed to the family Real Estate management business at an early age and has followed his passion ever since. Larry has a long-standing experience as a landlord, flipping properties, managing investment properties, working w/ banks, investors, buyers and sellerthroughout Essex, Hudson, Morris, Union counties and built
a custom spec 7 bed, 5 bath, 6,000 sq ft home in Short Hills NJ. A consummate good listener, Larry has the ability to help client’s articulate goals, needs, and desires.
