I am a personal trainer by legality. Operationally I would say my clients describe me more as a mix between a professional trainer, a physio, and a massage therapist. Some have also described me as a bioengineer or kinesiologist and we would share some similarities.
I help people fix their pain and injuries after they have been to the physio, chiro, specialist, doctor etc and no one has given them any long term relief (I usually say verbally to people that I help you fix your pain when no one else can. I think if I had to plaster that everywhere in written text, it might get me in trouble even though all I do is use exercises and stretches.)
I also help people look good and feel good who have some existing injury/pain/barrier like someone who wants to look good and feel good but has knee pain.
I also teach people how to master their bodyweight. No weights used at all. Calisthenics only.
I also teach people how to cut through the noise of nutrition, spend as little time working out, and still look good.
