Scott wasn’t always in the mortgage business. He is a Washington State University cougar where he received his BA in 1987 and he received his MBA from Pacific Lutheran University 1995. He forged his focus on customer service working over 20 yrs. in the restaurant business including titles of restaurant manager to Senior VP of operations.
