I am based in Stratford, CT. I work in both Fairfield and New Haven counties. As a sole practitioner, I am involved with your project from the first meeting to the final punch list. I provide design for the project, design development with the client's input, then producing the construction drawings for both bidding and permitting. All projects are done to meet the current Building Codes. I also provide Construction Administration services to monitor the contractor's work and that proper construction methods are being used."
