Established in 1993 by Paul Middione, an Italian-American who was born and raised in the Bay Area, the company has overseen more than 1,000 properties and achieved over $300 million in sales to date. Paul has expanded the team, bringing on board the promising property manager, Angel Zapien, from San Jose.
