Jed Ward BodyWorks

Jed is a graduate of Northwest Academy for the Healing Arts. He specializes in helping people dealing with rehab after injury and surgery, assisting them rebound faster and with reduced pain. His journey has been inspired by his own recoveries from two major surgeries. This has given him an embodied knowledge and ability to provide compassionate care and profound treatment. His body work profession started when he was certified as an Authentic Pilates instructor in 2013. He is also certified in Somassage® and Integrative Somatic Parts work. Whether you desire a deeply indulgent massage to settle and reset your nervous system or work on long-term injuries and trauma, he is able to meet you where you are on your body journey.
