Top Coat Concrete Coatings is a local, family owned business which was founded by the Draper and Lathrop families. We have been working in the construction industry for many years in the Yuba City area and were dissatisfied with the concrete coating product that was available in the market. After discovering Penntek Industrial Coating's revolutionary products, we were inspired to become certified installers and offer these products to Yuba City residents, commercial and industrial businesses.
