Professionalism and Experience

My professional career began with a Fortune 500 company working in Human Resource Development. It was there I used my MA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology to design and implement performance and change management programs. I then had two children and became a stay-at-home mom. It was difficult to give up such an amazing career, but my family was a priority, and I simply couldn't juggle both.

Almost 20 years later, I decided to get Yoga Certified & become a Reiki Practitioner. This was an eye-opening experience, as I realized just how much I missed myself.

As a full-time mom, my past 20 years were all about my family. I reignited my psychology background by enrolling in an accredited Jungian Life Coaching program. My clients consist of parents entering the same phase that I continue to conquer. Life is a journey and I do feel your pain.

The struggle is real, as each child leaves the home and we look in the mirror to ask ourselves, who am I? What will I do with my time now? So much uncertainty presents itself. Allow my personal and professional experience to guide you back to yourself. You will not be disappointed.
