And if you join us on the weekend, don't miss out on our delightful breakfast buffet served Saturday and Sunday from 8 am-11:30 am.

At our market, we offer an extensive range of products including 45 bratwurst flavors, 12 flavors of bacon, 10 flavors of summer sausage, 4 flavors of craft beer and 6 different Wurst Haus hand-crafted soda flavors. Our German sausages and smoked meat products are handcrafted in-house by Wurstmeister Mike using his secret award-winning recipes.

Our retail market features fresh beef cuts such as T-bones, Porterhouse, Top Sirloin, Rib Eye, roasts, and stew meat along with fresh pork cuts such as baby back ribs, St. Louis style ribs, chops, steaks, that are hand cut and packaged in the store.

Our custom processing services are highly sought after by farmers and ranchers in the surrounding areas who bring their livestock to us for slaughtering and processing. Our expert staff will process the beef or pork to your exact specifications. All the livestock we source for you is locally raised, ensuring top-quality meat products every time.
