Madeleine C. Burgess, NP

Madeleine was born and raised in the Chicagoland area. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rush University in Chicago and a Master of Science in Community Health Nursing and Primary Care from Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion. Madeleine has worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner for more than 20 years. As a provider, her clinical interests include treating sleep and pulmonary issues using a functional medicine approach.“I am passionate about partnering together with my patients to uncover underlying causes of medical conditions and establishing a path to increased resiliency and improved health outcomes.”A mother and grandmother, Madeleine spends time with her friends and family when she is not at work. She enjoys reading, gardening, cooking, and sightseeing.
