Liaise - Connington Court - Chingford

Connington Court is a shared supported living home for six people with a variety of different needs. All on one level, this ground floor property is perfect for people with additional mobility needs. Our residents sign up to a tenancy agreement and are supported through advocacy and family to understand the terms of the tenancy. People who live in Connington Court are supported to access local facilities, which enables them to build confidence and independence. Each person has a personal lifestyle support plan as well as a health action plan that encourages maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Our staff have extensive experience supporting people with various complex needs and we are specialists in autism and Asperger’s.
