Boundless Parkour

Ihab knows from personal experience how difficult and time consuming it is to learn parkour on your own. Correcting his own movement errors and becoming aware of them was the greatest challenge for him and took a lot of time. Now he can share all of his movement experience in his work with children and young people.

The sport of parkour is a good outlet for everyday stress and gives a sense of freedom — even in places where there isn't much freedom.
