KEISHA HOUSE

Keisha House is a Full Practice Authority- Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice and Master of Science in Nursing degrees from Chamberlain University. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Xavier University. Since becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2016, she has worked at Federally Qualified Healthcare Centers located in the heart of Chicago’s Southeast and Westside neighborhoods, where she primarily served underprivileged population
