Our mission is to help our clients discover healing and build a balanced life - to have them remain in the present moment, make meaningful space for their emotions, identify and release negative thoughts and to support them in developing a sense of empowerment over their life through mindfulness and taking action.

We provide services for a wide range of mental health disorders, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, Bipolar Disorder and personality disorders.

We assist individuals with life transitions, relationship issues and life coaching. We work with all ages providing counseling for individuals, families, couples and children!
