Anna Marie Kemner, ANP

Anna Kemner, AGNP-C, is a certified nurse practitioner specializing in gastroenterology. She completed her medical training at Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri.

Anna sees patients ages 18 and above for gastrointestinal issues, including irritable bowel syndrome, constipation, diarrhea, heartburn, liver and pancreatic diseases, gastroesophageal reflux disease, ulcer disease and other GI issues.

Anna chose to practice in gastroenterology because diseases of the GI tract can affect individuals at any point in their life, and she enjoys the versatility of helping patients of all ages and backgrounds. With an extensive background as a gastrointestinal nurse, Anna understands the GI patient. She can anticipate GI-related outcomes and care and help the patient treat and prevent disease progression related to the GI tract. She feels that appropriate patient education is imperative to the patient's care. Anna takes her role seriously and wants each patient to feel comfortable knowing she will treat them how she would like her family to be treated.

Anna is proud to provide exceptional gastrointestinal care for BJC HealthCare. When not at work, Anna enjoys exercising, hosting parties, attending sporting events and traveling with her family.
