Launched in 2016, Your Downtown Doula is your Toronto source for pregnancy health and wellness! Questions about pregnancy, birth or postpartum care? You've come to the right place! Everyone on our team is a Naturopathic Doctor, that means your doula or lactation consultant has extensive medical training and a scope of practice well above and beyond that of a typical doula. We have options in our tool kit that aren't available to most doulas and most of our services can be covered by insurance.
