Joseph Smith is celebrating his 30th anniversary as a mortgage originator serving the greater Boston area. He has consistently been a top originator in the country funding over $327 Million in residential home loans in 2021. He is consistently acclaimed for his industry knowledge, outstanding customer service and ability to get deals done. Real estate professionals throughout the Boston area know and rely on Joe to assist in getting deals accepted and getting to the closing table. His pre-approvals are invariably looked upon as being as good as a cash deal.
Joe has put together an amazing team of mortgage professionals who have collectively been with him over 50 years and support him and his clients.
Joe graduated from USC with a BS and MS in Engineering and graduated from Bentley University with an MBA in finance. Easy deals are great, but it is the hard deals that allow him to use his educational problem-solving skills coupled with his 30 years of mortgage experience to come up with mortgage solutions that others didn’t think possible.
Giving back to the community is important for Joe. He and his family live in Brookline and are involved in many organizations including Bridge Over Troubled Waters, Victory Programs, GLAD and The Trevor Project.
