Hot Ground Gym is not a typical gym. The owners, Paul and Doug build the gym with their hands from recycled materials. Once you come in, you will understand that this is place is unique from the authentic military gear on the walls to cool-looking obstacles. Hot Ground Gym is not just a place to sweat, it's a place where you meet friends, have fun, accomplish your goals and succeed. Hot Ground offers training for adults, teens, and kids. ForceFit (Adult and teens) Don't expect to drop down and give me 20 workouts. Expect to work hard with functional movement, running, unconventional fitness drills, flipping tires, and yes indoor military and American ninja warrior-inspired obstacle courses. Junior Boots program for kids ages 5-13 is an after-school class that builds strength and character. Teamwork, Leadership, Critical thinking, Discipline are all embedded in a 45 minutes class. A typical class will start from a basic warm-up (Hot Ground Gym style) obstacle familiarization and end up with the daily Mission. The class is great for both boys and girls at all levels. We also offer American Ninja Warrior birthday parties for kids.
