Her therapeutic approaches are grounded in client-centered therapies, and she doesn’t prescribe medications. She’s experienced in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), emotion-focused therapy, experiential psychotherapy, and many other forms of therapy. 

Dr. Doodeman honors the processes that her clients naturally use to work out problems while helping them be clear about their thoughts and feelings. 

She helps clients resolve trauma and effectively work through relationship issues.
