Margaret Hoester, PA

Margaret Hoester, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant specializing in family medicine. She completed her medical training at Saint Louis University.

Margaret sees patients of all ages for various minor injuries and illnesses. She provides treatment for strains, sprains and broken bones, well-woman exams, pediatric and adult physicals, hypertension, diabetes, asthma/COPD, vaccines, travel immunizations, weight management, and more.

Margaret views patient care as a partnership. She strives to encourage activity, address mental health, and works with patients to build a solid foundation of good overall health. She listens to her patients and builds individualized plans so they can meet their goals. And she takes the time to ensure each patient fully understands their diagnosis and treatment plan. Margaret wants patients to feel heard and that their health concerns are recognized. She believes that taking the time to listen genuinely makes a difference.

Margaret is a native of St. Louis and lives in the city with her partner, two stepchildren, and their cat. She loves to walk and bike in St. Louis neighborhoods and local parks, enjoys art exhibits, trying new local restaurants, and watching movies. She looks forward to game nights and weekend adventures with her family. She strives to cook healthy meals for her household, and usually manages to make a batch of her chocolate brownies for dessert.
