The Chef Apprentice School of the Arts

CASA Schools is a six-month culinary mentor/externship program designed for future chefs, restaurant owners, and others interested in the culinary arts. Students apprentice inside the Mulholland Tennis Club Restaurant in Los Angeles while they learn in one-on-one sessions with the restaurant's chef, Jonathan Martinez. Students gain the experience of what it's like to work inside a private club. This hands-on, real-world mentor/extern method of education is ideal.
