Frankfort Foot and Ankle Clinic has served Frankfort, Mokena, New Lenox, Crete and surrounding communities for over 30 years.

The Frankfort office is conveniently located 2 blocks West of LaGrange Rd (Rt 45) at the corner of Lincoln Highway (Rt 30) and Elm Street.

The Crete office is located 2 blocks east of Western Ave at the corner of Kings Rd and Exchange.

Dr. Smit is board certified in foot and ankle surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery.
He is a member of the medical staffs of both Silver Cross Hospital in Joilet and South Suburban Hospital in Hazel Crest.

Dr. Smit is a Past President of the Illinois Podiatric Medical Association and served as a Trustee on the Board of The American Podiatric Medical Association.
