Hello, I'm Clare. I am an experienced and fully accredited CBT therapist and my aim is to support you to recover from the difficulty you are experiencing, so that you can get back to yourself, who you are and what is important to you.

I have worked in adult mental health since 2014 and have 8 years of private, local authority and NHS experience combined.
