Cordelia House Care Home in Fareham, Hampshire provides residential, respite and end of life care for older people, including those with dementia, sensory loss or mental health care needs. As our residents’ needs change, so does the level and type of care they receive from us. We’re proud that we offer a real home for life for all our residents. We also care about their families too.
